Renowned luxury yacht builder Lürssen is having a remarkable year, marked by the successful delivery of three exceptional yachts and one more to come in the fall, total-ling an impressive 485 metres in length. Underscoring its commitment to unparalleled craftsmanship, cutting-edge design, and client satisfaction, Lürssen continues to set new benchmarks in luxury yacht construction.
2024 kicked off with the delivery of LUMINANCE, a majestic 138.8-metre yacht that showcases the yard's commitment to pushing boundaries and exceeding client expectations.
This was followed in May by the completion of KISMET, a 122-metre masterpiece that was handed over to a loyal client – building a yacht with Lürssen for the third time. Designed by Nuvolari-Lenard, KISMET features harmonious proportions and extra-ordinary volumes, embodying a seamless blend of luxury and functionality. Reymond Langton's bespoke interior design pays homage to the Owner's lifestyle, ensuring a personalised and opulent on-board experience.
June 2024 saw the delivery of HAVEN, designed by Lürssen's in-house talent, Jim Robert Sluijter. HAVEN features a low profile with long, elegant, feminine lines that sweep from bow to stern, lending her a touch of majestic athleticism. Her sleek exterior is balanced by a contemporary interior, created by the British studio RWD. The choice of materials is natural and pure, while the design itself features asymmetrical shapes and a dynamic layout.
Looking ahead, Lürssen is poised for further success with upcoming deliveries. The 142-metre project ALIBABA has just finished sea trials. The exterior of ALIBABA was designed by German Frers, who gave her a forceful yet elegant appearance. Her interior and exterior social areas were created by Nauta Design.
Lürssen proudly holds a prominent position in the global yacht-building landscape, with 36 of the Top 100 yachts worldwide crafted by the esteemed shipyard. With numerous yachts ranging from 75 to over 130 meters currently under construction, Lürssen continues to fulfil its founder's dream of being a leading force in the shipbuilding industry.
