The first initiative is a six-month scholarship programme for students dedicated to exploring innovative solutions to social and ecological challenges. We invited university scholars to join our intensive programme, to research and develop approaches to the maritime industry's future development. Through hands-on shipyard experience, expert mentorship, and opportunities to develop research projects, this scholarship programme provides a unique platform to make a real impact, enhance skills, and bring ideas to life.
